Cocktails on Lancaster Quay

Foxglove is delighted to bring you the most fun and interactive cocktail classes, right in the heart of Cork City. 

Your host will start the class by discussing a few key cocktail and mixology tips, while you sip your Welcome Cocktail, then guide you as you create your own cocktails. 

What’s involved?

• Welcome cocktail on arrival 
• Indiviual bar and cocktail equipment (shaker, jigger, muddler etc) and glassware 
• 2-hour custom cocktail class, with fresh ingredients, homemade syrups, garnishes and locally sourced spirits
• Lots of cocktail tips, tricks and techniques
• A showcase of different local spirits (gin, vodka, whiskey and run)
• Light nibbles 
• Alcohol-free options available
• €50 per head
