Your host will start the class by discussing a few key cocktail lessons while you sip your Mulled Wine, then guide you as you create your own cocktails. And don’t worry, you’ll have time to sip on your drinks & hang out between recipes – no rush!

What’s involved?

• Mulled wine on arrival 
• Cocktail equipment (shaker, jigger, muddler etc) and glassware 
• 2-hour themed cocktail class, with fresh ingredients, homemade syrups, garnishes and locally sourced spirits
• Lots of cocktail tips, tricks and techniques
• A showcase of different local spirits (gin, vodka, whiskey and run)
• Light nibbles
